About Alison Price

Alison Price C.Psychol is a freelance Chartered Occupational Psychologist with proven experience in the business field. Alison uses psychology to drive measurable organisational improvement through its employees.

Alison previously was a Senior Management Development Specialist in the Learning and Development division at a FTSE50 financial company where she supported individuals, teams, leaders and divisions in clarifying learning and development needs and designing, implementing and evaluating bespoke interventions. Alison designed and delivered a company-wide leadership programme to support a major culture change.

Experienced from running Institute of Leadership & Management accredited training courses, Alison has also worked with a wide range of employees from team members to Board Directors exploring subjects such as peak performance, inspirational leadership and employee engagement. Alison is qualified in a range of psychometrics, including MVPI, HDS, HPI, 16PF and MBTI, to help individuals and teams make breakthroughs.

Alison has also worked with over 1,500 individuals inspiring them to make more out of their lives and their careers. She combines her experience as a facilitator, and skill-set as a Peak Performance Coach with her expertise as a psychologist to create powerful and lasting results. In 2009 Alison was a semi-finalist in Britain’s Next Top Coach, which is a competition to inspire Britain to greatness ahead of the 2012 Olympics.

Alison is currently advising a leading, high profile organisation on behaviours needed for organisational success during a business critical time. In 2011, Alison will be a Lecturer on the Occupational Psychology Masters programme for Kingston University.
