The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) examines the behaviours that help us with interpersonal relationships, that can come to damage relationships and undermine our careers, without us being aware of them.

The Hogan Development Survey is based upon research into the derailment of individuals, which is referred to as the ‘Dark Side’ of our personality. For most of the time we exhibit normal behaviour, however, people will display extreme behaviours on occasions, typically in reaction to particularly stressful situations. It is the few occasions that we exhibit this ‘Dark Side’ that can very negatively impact on our performance, relationships and well being.
